The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Of Physical Protection Of Persons And Property In Accordance With: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Plan For The Protection Of Persons And Property, C) Instructions For Conduct For The Security Service D) Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property) Consisting In Physical Protection Against Theft, Destruction Or Other Threats Of The Ordering Partys Facilities Located At Ul. Ziołowa 43B, 45-47 In Katowice And The Property Contained Therein, As Well As Protection Against Violation Of Bodily Integrity, Loss Of Life Or Health Of Persons Staying There, And In Particular The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Supervise The Protected Facilities And Maintain Permanent Posts. The Concept Of The Facility Referred To Above Should Be Understood As Buildings Together With The Surrounding Real Estate (Land And Buildings). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes 24-Hour Physical Protection Of People And Property, Along With Handling Signals Of Security Systems, Including: Video Monitoring And Fire Protection System. On The Premises Of The Ordering Party. 3.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order On The Terms Specified In The Contract. The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Contract Constitute Annexes To The Swz. Information About The Anticipated Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7 And 8, If The Ordering Authority Anticipates Awarding Such Contracts. The Ordering Party Anticipates Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of Similar Services Includes The Provision Of Security Services Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annexes No. 3 And 4 To The Agreement. The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Award Similar Contracts Under The Conditions Specified In Point 5.1.2. Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law. Description Of The Criteria Which The Ordering Authority Will Follow In Selecting An Offer, Including The Weight Of These Criteria And The Method Of Evaluating The Offers 13.1.
