Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles – Operational Leasing For The Delivery Of A Specialized Car. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Operational Leasing For The Delivery Of A New Specialized Car. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Lease Terms And Conditions, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, And The Technical Specification Of The Car, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Car For The Period Specified In The Technical Specification. 4. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations And Be Allowed To Drive On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, Vol. J). 5. The Vehicle Must Have An Approval Certificate Or Another Document Allowing Road Traffic In The Eu. 6. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Place Its Trademarks On The Vehicle For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Not Result In Loss Of The Warranty. The Above Cannot In Any Way Reduce The Value Of The Leased Item. 7. The Contractor Consents To The Ordering Party Installing A Gps Vehicle Monitoring System On Its Own, Without Losing The Right To Pursue Claims Under The Warranty Granted For The Subject Of The Order. 8. The Preparation Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Tor Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That All Explanations Of The Content Of The Swz Regarding The Procedure No. Zp.26.Kz.9Pzp.2025 Are Binding On The Contractors.
