The Subject Of The Order Are Bus And Coach Rental Services With A Driver For The Transport Of People From And To The Towns Of Ciechanów And Przasnysz In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And With The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Number Of Kilometers Of Travel And Hours Of Stoppages Included In The Option Will Be Used Additionally, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, At Unit Prices Specified In The Price Form At The Time Of Contract Implementation. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Including Annexes). 3. Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. The Ordering Party Has Determined The Basic Level Of The Order, Which Can Be Extended By Increasing The Number Of Kilometers Of Transport And Hours Of Stoppages Up To The Maximum Quantity Specified In The Price Form Table In The Quantity Option Column. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Services Covered By The Option Right Must Be Provided Under The Conditions Specified In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4.
