The Tender Process Includes A Contract For The Builders Acquisition Of Total Consulting For Norddjurs Municipality Regarding The Conversion And Renovation Of Existing Premises At A Special School. The Premises Are Located In A Wing To The South-West, And Contain The Ground Floor, Parterre And 1St Floor. After The Conversion, The Wing Must Be Able To Accommodate Both A Special Kindergarten (Ground Floor) As Well As New Rooms For The Youth Group At The Special School (Ground Floor And First Floor), With Everything That Is Needed Here In Relation To Use For The Target Group. The Client Has Drawn Up Sketches Of The Conversion, Which The Appointed General Consultant Must Take As A Starting Point In Relation To Project Planning. At The Same Time, There Is An Associated Outdoor Area Which Must Be Re-Established So That It Can Be Used By The Children Of The Special Kindergarten And The Special Schools Youth Group. The Construction Is Expected To Be Tendered By Totaladviser As A Main Contractor Via Invited Tender. The Service For Total Consultancy On The Present Project Is Specified In More Detail In Annex 1 – Task Description And Annex 2 – Service Description. The Total Budget For Consultancy And Contractor Services, Winter Measures And Unforeseen Services, Etc., Is Estimated At Dkk 21 Million. Dkk.
