The Subject Of The Service Is A Measure In Accordance With Sections 74, 75 Sgb Iii In Conjunction With Section 16 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 Number 3 Sgb Ii To Support Young People In Need Of Support And Their Training Companies During In-Company Vocational Training Or Entry-Level Qualification (Eq). It Includes A Preparatory Phase To Introduce Training/Eq And An Accompanying Phase To Ensure The Success Of The Training. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Support Young People With Special Needs When Entering Entry-Level Qualification (Eq) Or Vocational Training And To Accompany Them Throughout The Entire Training Period/Eq Until Successful Completion. The Measure Is Divided Into A Preparatory Phase Before The Start Of Training/Eq (Months 1-6) And An Accompanying Phase During The Training/Eq. Billing Is Done On An Hourly Basis (Costs For Individual Lessons And Costs For Group Tn Hours), With The Actual Services Documented And Verified. In The Preparatory Phase, The Focus Is On Establishing Training Readiness And Targeted Preparation For Vocational Training/Eq Through Individual Coaching (Usually 2 Individual Hours/Week), Workshops (Usually 10 Group Tn Hours/Week), Support And Remedial Lessons (Usually 8 Group Tn Hours/Week) And Internships (Usually Up To Full Time). Participants Receive Individual Support In Choosing A Training Course, Preparing Application Documents And Actively Searching For A Training Position/Eq Place. The Preparatory Phase Can Usually Be Taken Up To Six Months Before The Start Of The Training/Eq And Is Flexibly Adapted To Individual Needs. Longer Participation Is Also Possible If There Are Important Reasons. The Participants Have 20 Hours Of Attendance Per Week. The Accompanying Phase Begins With The Start Of The Training/Eq (Contract Conclusion Is A Prerequisite) And Can Extend Over The Entire Duration Of The Vocational Training/Eq. The Aim Is To Avoid Dropping Out Of Training/Eq And To Stabilize The Participants In Their Personal, School And Company Development.
