The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Following Elements: Design And Execution Of Works For The Task Entitled: Installation Of The Etcs Level 2 System On Line No. 351, Section Poznań - Szczecin. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of, Among Others: The Following Elements: 1) Design Documentation, Including: A) Construction Design Together With The Authors Supervision, B) Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, C) Development Of The Executive Design, D) Development Of As-Built Documentation, Including As-Built Geodetic Documentation, 2) And Works In The Scope Of: A) Railway Traffic Control Devices (Srk), B) Telecommunications Devices And Systems, C) Electrical Power Equipment And Systems Up To 1 Kv, D) Crossings And Crossings, E) Geology. 3) Carrying Out The Conformity Assessment Process Of Structural Subsystems Within The Scope Of The Order At Each Stage (Design, Construction And Final Tests Of The Subsystem) And Submitting The Appropriate Ec Verification Declarations And Ec Verification Certificates For The Subsystems. Basic Scope: Design And Execution Of Works To Adapt The Double-Track Railway Line No. 351 To The Required Parameters Of The Ten-T Network On The Section From Km 14.117 To Km 82.176 (In Terms Of Control From The Lcs Poznań Główny Iii Level) And From Km 84.737 To Km 195.246 (In Terms Of Control From The Lcs Stargard Level) By Installing An Ertms/Etcs Level 2 System, As Well As On The Section From Km 82.176 To Km 84.737 By Installing An Ertms/Etcs Level 1 System (Krzyż Station); Option 1 Right: Option 1 Right Provides For The Possibility Of Installing A Level 2 Etcs System At The Krzyż Station After Future Modernization Works Have Been Carried Out There; Right Of Option 2: Within The Scope Of Right Of Option 2, It Is Envisaged That It Will Be Possible To Adapt The Etcs Level 2 Works At The Szamotuły Station After Future Works Related To The Revitalization Of The Railway Line No. 368 Międzychód - Szamotuły Have Been Carried Out There; Interface Option (Option 3): Option 3 Provides For Several Independent Optional Orders Regarding The Implementation Of Changes In Etcs Devices In The Scope Of Connection Under The Conditions Specified In Point No. 5 Of The Ffu Entitled: Expected Changes In The Scope Of Interfaces; Right Of Option 4: Under Right Of Option 4, It Is Envisaged To Install A Level 2 Etcs System On The Section. Poznań Główny Pod - Poznań Wola (Together With Poznań Wola Station) To A Four-Track System (From Km 2.453 To Km 8.708); Right Of Option 5: Within The Scope Of Right Of Option 5, It Is Envisaged That The Etcs Level 2 Works At The Kiekrz Station May Be Adjusted After The Planned Changes To The Track System Have Been Carried Out There In Accordance With Annex No. 19 To The Fup; Right Of Option 6: Within The Scope Of Right Of Option 6, It Is Envisaged That The Etcs Level 2 Works Will Be Adapted To Changes On The Rokietnica Station Consisting In The Construction Of An Additional Turnout Enabling The Connection Of Track No. 2 To Railway Lines
