The Basis Of The Planning Is The Preliminary Planning, Status Lp2. An Artificial Turf Pitch With A Lighting System The Size Of A Large Playing Field (90 X 45 M), Plus Safety Areas, Is Planned. A Football Field, As Well As A Diving Pit And A 100M Running Track Are Being Built Here. For The Restoration, Earthworks (Disposal, Excavation, Etc.) And Drainage Work In The Area Of The Playing Field Are Required. The Technical Equipment Of The Facility (Floodlights), Fencing (Ball Stop Fence, Barriers, Etc.), Green Areas (Plantings) And Equipment (Football Goals, Athletics Facilities, Etc.) Are Also Included. The Clubhouse, Which Will Be Planned Later In A Second Construction Phase, Is To Be Positioned In The Eastern Area Of The Property.
