In The Course Of Accommodating The State Authorities, The Buildings At Meckleburgstrasse 4-6 Are To Be Completely Renovated On The Basis Of The Double Room. In Addition To Being Converted Into An Office Building (Special Construction), Building, Fire Protection And Security Requirements Are Also Implemented. With The Planning Order Dated January 2, 2020, There Is A Space Requirement Of 3,019 M² (Nuf1-6) For The Interim Accommodation Of The State Chancellery. Total Construction Costs Of 49.3 Million (M4-6 And 8) Have Been Set. Both Buildings (M4 -6) Have A Gross Floor Area Of 13,621 M². Above-Average Planning Requirements Can Be Assumed. The Scope Of Planning Initially Includes Performance Levels 4 And 5 (Lph 8-9 Hoai). The Confirmed Ew Construction From April 2023 Must Be Implemented. The Lst 2-3 (Lp5 To 7) Can Be Used If Necessary. The Result Of Lst 2-3 Is Made Available For Further Use.
