The Subject Of The Order Is Tourist Traffic Service, Supervision And Protection Of People, Property, Exhibitions And Exhibits In The Książ Castle And Park Complex And The Palm House In Wałbrzych, Which Will Be Carried Out To The Following Extent And Under The Following Conditions: 1) The Order Includes Services In The Field Of: A) Tourist Traffic Service, Which Means Controlling Entry Tickets, Coordinating The Entry Of Guides With Groups Into The Tourist Route, Issuing Audio Guides, Supervision Of Rooms And Exhibitions, Including Museum Exhibits, And The Provision Of Services Described In Detail In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Including During And In Connection With Events Organized By The Ordering Party That Are Not Mass Events, B) Protection Of Persons, Meaning Activities Aimed At Ensuring The Safety Of Life, Health And Personal Integrity Of Persons Staying In The Areas And Facilities Covered By Protection, C) Supervision And Protection Of Property Within Both Locations Indicated Below In Point 6) Along With Items Located Inside The Buildings, Including Exhibitions And Exhibits (Including Museum Ones) And Plantings - Both Permanent And Seasonal, Meaning Protection Activities Preventing Crimes And Offenses Against Property, In Particular Such As: Thefts, Burglary, Robberies, Acts Of Vandalism, Terrorist Attacks, As Well As Activities Preventing Damage Resulting From These Events And Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Protected Area, D) Activities Of The Intervention Group Within Both Locations Indicated Below In Point 6) Meaning The Operation Of At Least Two Security Employees Who Are Entered On The List Of Qualified Security Employees Who Are On Constant Readiness, Who, After Receiving A Signal - Call, Carry Out The Task Of Protecting People And Property In The Form Of Direct Ad Hoc Physical Protection Within The Protected Area, Facility And Acting Within The Scope Permitted By Law, E) Ensuring Readiness And, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Strengthening Personal Security In Unforeseen Situations Or In The Event Of Such A Need By: - Establishing An Additional Security Post/Post Physical Or Personnel Reinforcement Of The Existing Tourist Security And Service Post/Post. - Ensuring Additional Protection Of Events Organized On Areas Administered Or Managed By The Ordering Party, Including Occasional Events, Festivals Or Sports And Recreational Events That Are Not Mass Events. 2) The Basic (Minimum) Scope Of The Order Includes The Services Described In Point 1(A). A-C In A Total Hourly Amount Of 64,061 Hours Provided By The Contractors Employees As Part Of Permanent Security Posts, Described In Detail In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And Constant Availability Of The Intervention Group Referred To In Point 1(A). D. 3) In Addition To The Basic Scope Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For An Optional Part Of The Order, I.E. The Possibility Of Using
