This Support Will Take The Form Of A Portfolio Of Policies And Structuring Measures Making It Possible To Achieve The Walloon Objectives In Terms Of Climate, Energy And Air Quality In 2040. In Addition, A Flexible Tool In Excel Type Format Will Make It Possible To Estimate The Individual Impact And The Cost Of Each Of The Measures And Adapt Them Later. Then, All Of The Macroeconomic, Health, Environmental And Social Impacts On Employment, Education And The Qualifications Of Workers Of The Measures As Well As Their Social Acceptability And The Risks Linked To Their Implementation Must Be Assessed, Qualitatively And Quantitatively To The Extent Possible. Finally, The Cost Of The Measures Will Be Presented Indicating The Type Of Cost (Capex/Opex), The Sources Of Financing Considered (Private - Citizens, Businesses, Financial Institutions -, Public - European, Federal, Regional, Local Budget, Support Mechanism, Etc. -). Each Measure Will Also Be Presented In Terms Of Cost Per Tonne Of Co2/Pollutant Reduced.
