Installation Services Of Measuring Equipment – Installation And Connection Of In-Situ Process Measuring Equipment. The Client Is A Commissioned Association (Ivago) That Processes Household And Similar Industrial Waste In The Most Sustainable Way Possible For The Residents Of The Affiliated Cities, Municipalities And Shareholders. In Its Waste-To-Energy Plant (Aec) Installation, The Client Has Two Identical Oven Lines, Each With A Throughput Of Approximately 5.5 Tons/H. These 2 Oven Lines Consist Of The Following Main Components: • Bunker (1) For Receiving The Waste To Be Processed; • Furnace (2) For The Incineration Of Household Waste; • Steam Boiler (5) For Energy Recovery With Turbine (6) Via Steam To Electricity, Heat; • Flue Gas Scrubbing (Rgw) With The Following Steps: Sncr (4), Lime Milk Reactor (7), Sleeve Filter (9), Wet Scrubbing Column (10); • Suction Fan (11) • Chimney (13) With Emission Measuring Cabin. In Order To Comply With The Stricter Nitrogen (Nox) Standards In Flanders, Ivago Will Include An Extra Washing Step, An Oxidative Washing By Means Of The Injection Of Ozone (14), In The Current Flue Gas Scrubbing (Rgw). With This Extra Step, Ivago Should Be Able To Reduce The Current Annual Average To An Annual Average Emission Limit Value Of 50 Mg/Nm³ Nox. For This Purpose, The Client Is Looking For A Provider For The Installation And Connection Of Additional In-Situ Process Measuring Equipment, In Order To Guarantee Stable Control Of The Injected Ozone (Oxidation Scrubbing) Via A Fast & Correct In-Situ Measurement Of No (Plus Calculated Value Of No2) And So2 From Week 25 2026. This Provider Must Be Responsible For The Detailed Design, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Up To And Including The Purchase Of This Measuring Installation. In Addition, The Following Must Also Be Provided: • Placing The Process Flanges On The Current Rgw Channel • An In-Situ Calibration • A Local Display • The Linking Of The Various Measuring Signals To The Control Plc • The Specification Of Details For All Work To Be Foreseen In Advance By The Client (Electrical, Possibly Compressed Air, Etc.) The Contractor Must Work In Accordance With The Kmw Environmental And Welfare Guidelines (Appendix Document 16-Kmw-F014) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Its Construction Zone And Is Aware That The Adjacent Aec Installations Remain In Use And Have Priority During Implementation. An Inventory Has Been Added, The Contractor Is Requested To Check And Complete All Dimensions And Measurements On Site Prior To His Registration
