Procurement Plan for Operation and Maintenance of Sludge Handling and Treatment Facility at Mab Refinery The Contractor shall be responsible for operation and maintenance of all equipment (including existing, rehabilitated, and replaced equipment) within the Sludge Handling and Treatment Plant area including, but not limited to, the following: The Basic Services shall be performed according to a schedule mutually acceptable to Contractor and Company. The Basic Services" are the basic operating and maintenance services to be provided by the Contractor hereunder which shall consist of providing all equipment, tools, labour, supervision, transportation, mobile equipment, first aid, safety equipment, including any outside contracted services required to operate and maintain the Plant as required twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 Days per year, including holidays.
