The Software Solution To Be Offered Must Be Offered In A Rental Model And Licensed Solely According To The Number Of It Users Recorded In The Solution (Employees Of The Ag, Including Their Affiliates, As Well As Any External Users) For Whom License Requirements Are Determined. The License Requirement For The Solution To Be Offered Must Be Able To Be Determined On An Annual Basis (30 Days Before The Anniversary Of The Conclusion Of The Contract). Fluctuations In The License Requirements Of The Solution To Be Offered During The Year Must Have No Relevance To The Contractual Use (True-Up Or True-Down Principle Comparable To Microsoft). In Addition, Services As Part Of The Implementation (In Short: Basic Installation Of The Sam Tool And Necessary Components, Connection Of Defined Interfaces, Import Of Commercial Inventory Data With The Aim Of Creating An Initial Microsoft Balance Sheet) And Other Support Services In Productive Operation Should Also Be Provided.
