School Catering Services – Catering Services For Preschoolers Of Budila Kindergarten With Extended Program And Students Of Budila Secondary School, Brașov County, Within The National Healthy Meal Program (Pnms) In 2026. The Provider Must Ensure The Daily Preparation, Preparation And Delivery Of Food For A Total Number Of 898 Students (630 School And 268 Preschoolers) In The Quantities And Caloric Content Established By The Food Norms Provided By The Legislation In Force, According To The Order Of The Minister Of Public Health No. 1.563/2008 For The Approval Of The List Of Foods Not Recommended For Preschoolers And Schoolchildren And The Principles Underlying A Healthy Diet For Children And Adolescents, The Provisions Of Law No. 123/2008 For A Healthy Diet In Pre-University Education Units And Other Public Health Regulations That Are The Object Of The Services And In Accordance With Decision No. 1171 Of December 30, 2025 Regarding The Establishment Of The National Healthy Meal Program In 2026. Only Preschoolers And Students Physically Present At Classes Will Benefit From Food Support, Consequently, Children Who Are Absent Will Not Benefit From Food Support Throughout This Period. Also, Preschoolers And Students Receive Food Support In The Event Of Suspensions Of Courses With Physical Presence, According To The Provisions Of Art. 9 Para. (4) From The Regulation - Framework For The Organization And Functioning Of Pre-University Education Units, Approved By The Order Of The Minister Of Education No. 4183/2022. The Daily Transport And Distribution Of The Food Support At The Destination Will Be Carried Out According To A Schedule To Be Drawn Up And Assumed By The Supplier Together With Each Representative Of The Educational Unit. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services In Order To Provide Food Packages For Preschoolers And Students Of Educational Units In Budila Commune (Secondary School And Kindergarten With Extended Program), In The Calendar Year 2026; The Services Consist Of Providing The Raw Material, Preparation/Preparation And Daily Delivery Of Food To The Beneficiaries; The Contracting Authority Requests The Provision Of 2 Types Of Services Within The Contract, Namely; 1. Provision Of Food Packages For The Students Of The Budila High School And 2. Provision Of Hot Meals For The Preschoolers Of The Budila Kindergarten With An Extended Program
