Łazienna 16, Ciasna 4/6/8 In Toruń, External And From The Yard, Including Work On The Joinery And Other Elements Indicated In The Documentation, B) Construction Works On The Roof, Horizontal Gutters And Downpipes, Also In The Field Of Insulation Below The Ground. C) Construction And Conservation Works Of The Interior Of The Rooms Housing The Crane Mechanism - Intended For Exhibition Rooms D) Full Conservation Of The Historic Portal In The Building At Ul. Łazienna 16 In Toruń, Including The Reconstruction Of A Sculptural Detail. E) Making Copies Of Historic Entrance Doors, In Accordance With The Conservation Program, F) Other Necessary Works Specified In The Documentation And Other Works Necessary To Complete The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Necessary Construction And Conservation Works Must Be Performed In The Area Indicated In The Subject Of The Order Using The Technologies Described In The Project. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments. A Detailed Work Schedule Will Be Agreed Between The Parties After Signing The Contract, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Start Construction And Conservation Works From The Construction Of The Front Façade Of The Building At Ul. Łazienna 16 - Due To The Complex Scope Of Works (Renovation Of The Facade, Conservation Of The Portal, Reconstruction Of Historic Doors And Their Installation) And Works Related To The Room Housing The Crane Mechanism (External And Internal).
