The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works. 2) Earthworks. 3) Construction Works, In Particular: Foundations, Walls, Ceilings, Stairs, Roof, Joinery, Floors And Floors, Plasters. 4) Finishing Works. 5) Land Development. 6) Installation Works. 7) Water Supply Installation. 8) Installation Of External Sanitary Sewage.9) Internal Installations Sanitary Installations.10) Heat Pump, Underfloor Heating.11) Gas Boiler Room.12) Ventilation Installation.13) Electrical Installation.14) Lightning Protection, Equalization And Anti-Icing Gutter Installation.15) Construction Works In The Existing School Building.16) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Three Copies, Including: A) Construction Log, B) Acceptance Reports, Reports From Research, Measurement Reports And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Correct Execution Of Construction And Installation Works During Construction, C) Surveying Report, D) Material Cards, E) As-Built Cost Estimates, F) Final Occupancy Permit/Effective Notification Of Completion Of Works, G) Design With All Possible Changes Introduced During Construction Marked Therein. H) Drawings And Descriptions Supplementing The Design For The Implementation Of The Facility, If Any. As-Built Documentation Must Be Complete And Signed By The Construction Manager And Approved By The Investors Supervision Inspector17) Providing Geodetic Services.18) Extending Or Obtaining New Industry Arrangements Enabling The Execution Of The Works.19) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Map.20) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works.3. All Works Are To Be Carried Out At The Active Building Of The Primary School. Nicolaus Copernicus In Balin. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works Covered By The Contract, Ensuring Uninterrupted Operation Of The School, Providing Access To And Access To The Existing School Building.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design (Application) Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of The Term In Question.
