Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Category B Driving License Courses For Participants Of The Project Entitled Support For Foster Care In Bielsko-Biała

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct 3 Category B Driving License Courses For A Total Of 15 People, Participants Of The Project Entitled Support For Foster Care In Bielsko-Biała Implemented Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program (European Social Fund +), Priority: Fesl.07.00 - European Funds For Society, Measure: Fesl.07.07 - Support For Family, Children And Youth And Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care.2. Category B Driving License Courses Will Be Held In The Following Order: A) Group I, I.E. 5 Foster Care Wards Will Start The Course After Signing The Contract On The Date Specified By The Ordering Party In The First Quarter (Ii/Iii 2026), B) Group Ii, I.E. 5 Foster Care Pupils Will Start The Course In The Second Quarter (V/Vi 2026) C) Group Iii, I.E. 5 Foster Care Pupils Will Start The Course In The Fourth Quarter (Xi 2026).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct A Course For Candidates For Category B Drivers In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations Enabling Them To Take The State Examination. 4. The Contractor Will Ensure The Organization Of A Category B Driving License Course Of Not Less Than 60 Hours For Each Student, Provided That: • The Number Of Hours For Classes In The Theoretical Part Of The Training Cannot Be Less Than 30 Hours (One Teaching Hour Is 45 Minutes), • The Number Of Hours For Classes In The Practical Part Of The Training Cannot Be Less Than 30 Hours (One Hour Of Practical Driving Lessons Is 60 Minutes).5. In Order To Implement The Course, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To:• Organize The Course In Accordance With The Program,• Prepare A Training Schedule,• Conduct Practical Classes From Monday To Sunday At Times Agreed Individually With The Training Participant, Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Performing Other Duties Of The Project Participant And Other Private Classes,• Provide:  Teaching Materials For Project Participants,  A Lecture Room Equipped With Teaching Aids,  A Maneuvering Area,  Vehicles For Driving Lessons,  Experienced And Qualified Staff To Conduct The Course In The Theoretical And Practical Part, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, - Facilities Necessary To Conduct The Course, Guaranteeing Timely Execution Of The Order, • Coverage Of Course Participants By Accident Insurance, • Conducting An Internal Examination, • Ongoing Monitoring Of Activities Carried Out And Regular Provision Of Information On The Activities Performed To The Contact Person Designated By The Ordering Party, • Ensuring Occupational Health, Safety And Learning Conditions For Students, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions.6. During Theoretical Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Each Training Participant With A Seating Area - A Table And A Bench, Or A Chair With An Attachment Enabling Free Taking Of Notes.7. The Lecture Room Must Be Appropriately Equipped, E.G. With A Flipchart, A Classic Or Magnetic Board, And Teaching Aids, Including Aids For Practical Driving Les
