The Agricultural Tractor Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Accident-Free, Undamaged And Unencumbered By Third-Party Rights, Free From Physical (Design, Material, Workmanship), Technical And Legal Defects, Not Being A Prototype Or Device Made For This Order, Mass-Produced, Meeting The Following Requirements, With The Reservation That The Ordering Party Allows Submitting An Offer With Higher (Better) Tractor Equipment Than Those Described. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet Applicable Norms, Standards, Technical And Quality Parameters, Have The Necessary Approvals And Ec Declaration Of Conformity As Well As A Full Manufacturers Warranty.3. The Agricultural Tractor Must Be Adapted To Be Stored Outdoors In Unroofed Transport Equipment Parks Under Atmospheric Conditions Found In The Polish Climate Zone.4. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered In The Form Of Delivery To The Road Service Of The District Office In Środa Śląska, Ul. Świdnicka 33, 55-300 Środa Śląska, Which Will Be Completed Within The Time Specified In The Submitted Offer Of The Selected Contractor. 6. Additional Requirements As Part Of The Order Execution: 1) Minimum Warranty. 24 Months2) Training Min. 2 Operators, 2 Hours Each3) Service Distance Max 100 Km.
