The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of A Multi-Functional Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Town Of Gogolin As Part Of The Task: Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Town Of Gogolin (The Second Stage Of The Green Cottage In The Park Ul. Ligonia). The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Demolition Works, Earthworks, General Construction And Finishing Works, Assembly Works, Installation Works, I.E. Water, Sewage And Electrical. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Subject Of The Procedure Is Not The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower, Which Has Already Been Completed In 2023, But Is Included In The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Which Constitute Appendices To This Swz. All References To Standards In The Technical Documentation And The Devices And Materials Indicated By The Name Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards That In The Case Of The Materials (Products) Indicated By Name, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Of No Lower Quality Than Those Described In The Design Documentation. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Should Be Understood As Materials Guaranteeing The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Design And Ensuring That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities.
