The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Connection To The Network Heat Carrier Of The Building Located At Ul. Wolności 19 In Czerwionka - Leszczyny. The Task Concerns A Multi-Family Residential Building Located In The Urban Layout Of The Workers Estate Of Kwk Dębieńsko Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number A/1550/95. The Scope Of The Order Is A Continuation Of The Works Covered By The Order Carried Out By The Ordering Party In 2025. In The Procedure 08/Zp/2025 Entitled: Connection To The Network Heat Carrier Of The Building Located At Ul. Wolności 19 In Czerwionka - Leszczyny And Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 14 To This Swz. The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Documentation, Which Consists Of: A) Architectural And Construction Design With Attachments And Drawings - Annex No. 11 To The Swz, B) Technical Design With Attachments And Drawings - Annex No. 12 To The Swz, C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 13 To The Swz, D) Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 14 To The Swz. Works Included In Annex No. 14 To The Swz Constitute Auxiliary Material Intended To Help The Contractor Prepare His Own Cost Estimate Covering The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Finds That The Bill Of Quantities Contains Understated Or Overstated Quantities In Relation To The Design Documentation Attached To This Swz, The Contractor Will Nevertheless Be Obliged To Perform All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation (As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration). The Contractor May Notify The Ordering Party Of The Need To Change The Bill Of Quantities As Part Of Inquiries To The Swz, And The Ordering Party, Referring To The Content Of This Inquiry, Will Provide Information On Possible Changes In The Bill Of Quantities On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Preparation Of The Following Documents Related To The Dnsh Principle, I.E. Do No Significant Harm: List Of Waste And Waste Segregation Plan - A List Of Expected Waste And Their Quantities That Will Be Generated In The Course Of The Works And The Concept Of Their Collection, Segregation And Preparation For Secondary Use, List Of Actions Effectively Preventing The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Pollution - This List Should Include A List Of Solutions That Will Be Used During The Execution Of Works In Order To Reduce The Intensity Of Negative Factors Or Lead To Their Complete Elimination, Declaration Of Performance Or National Declaration Of Performance Or Other Documents Confirming That Construction Products Have The Required Properties.
