1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Task: Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings In The Wręczyca Wielka Commune, Including The Building Of The Primary School. Adama Mickiewicza Ul. Szkolna 11, 42-130 Wręczyca Wielka. 2. The Contractors Task Is To Prepare, Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Energy Audit Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Building Energy Performance Certificate Annex No. 3, Recommendations Resulting From The Letter Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Katowice (Natura 2000 Declaration) Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Comprehensive Design Documentation And To Perform Construction And Assembly Works In Scope Of Thermal Modernization Of The Primary School Building In Wręczyca Wielka. 3. The Scope Of Work Under The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of Works Resulting From The Pfu And The Energy Audit - Necessary To Achieve The Assumed Indicators Of Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility, Including The Preparation Of: A) Design Documentation (Including Construction Designs Along With Obtaining All Necessary Conditions, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements - If Required By Law, And Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates), B) Insulation Of External Walls, C) Replacement Of External Windows, D) Replacement Of External Doors, E) Modernization Central Heating, F) Replacing The Heat Source With An Air-Water Heat Pump And A Condensing Gas Boiler, G) Replacing The Lighting, H) Installing A Photovoltaic Installation, I) Preparatory, Renovation And Reconstruction Works, J) Creating A Mural Dedicated To The Schools Patron On The External Facade, Wall Dimensions: Approx. 15 M High, 12 M Wide. 4. The Ordering Party Includes In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ornithological And Chiropteological Opinion, Which Identifies Bird Breeding Habitats, Constituting Annex No. The Required Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Installed Devices Is 5 Years.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm), Referred To In Art. 17 Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investment. 1) In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Carry Out Construction Works In A Way That Minimizes The Impact On The Environment, Including Limiting The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Other Polluting Substances; B) Applying Solutions That Limit The Generation Of Waste And Enable Its Selective Collection And Management In Accordance With The Waste Hierarchy; C) Preparing A List Of Waste Expected To Be Generated During The Implementation Of The Project And Presenting Information On The Possibility Of Its Reuse, Recycling Or Recovery; D) Developing A Pre-Demolition Audit (If Applicable), Determining The Quality And Quantity Of Demolition M
