The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of An Additional Building Of The Cultural And Tourism Center In Dubeninki, Together With Accompanying Installation Works And Land Development As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Innovative Knowledge Of Architecture And History In The Lithuanian-Polish Neighborhood From The Interreg Lithuania-Poland 2021-2027 Program. Whenever The Documentation Mentions A Cross-Border/Additional Building Of The Cultural And Tourism Center In Dubeninki Means A Building Located On Plot No. 79/4 In The Dubeninki Commune At Ul. Dębowa 6A.A. The Order Includes A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Premises Of The Building, Plot Id 281802_2.0008.79/4, And Adaptation Works Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Including The Reconstruction Of Partitions, Flooring, Plastering And Coatings. Painting, Wall And Floor Cladding And Suspended Ceilings, Together With The Installation Of Equipment And Devices. The Existing Wooden Roof Truss Is Intended For Maintenance And Possible Replacement Of Damaged Elements, While Maintaining The Functional And Technical Parameters Required By Law And Standards. Maintained In A Historical Style And Consistent With The Local Architecture, Should Be Rebuilt. The Truss Structure Should Be Prepared For Insulation And Thermal Insulation Made Of Mineral Wool Raw, Without Plasterboard Construction. External Finishes Should Be Made Of Wood, Appropriately Protected Against Weather Conditions, In Dark Brown Color. The Building Is Equipped With The Following Installations: Electrical, Telecommunications, Sanitary Water Supply, Central Heating (Underfloor Heating With Zone Control) And Air Conditioning. The Construction Works Include The Development Of The Area Around The Building And The Installation Of Solar Benches. The Works Will Include, Among Others: Access Roads, Necessary Parking Facilities. Possible Relocation Of Existing And Conflicting Technical Infrastructure Should Be Taken Into Account. In Addition, Damage Caused As A Result Of The Works Carried Out Should Be Repaired And Biologically Active Areas Degraded During The Works Should Be Reclaimed, Restored And Arranged. The Scope Of Renovation Works Does Not Interfere With The Structural Elements And Constitutes Ongoing Maintenance Of The Building. According To The Construction Law, It Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works.
