1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Collection, Transport And Management Of Bio-Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 2. The Scope Of The Task Includes Providing A Container With A Capacity Of 7 M3, Collecting, Transporting And Transferring Waste To The Waste Processing Installation And Returning The Container To The Indicated Place For Reloading. The Contractor Undertakes To Secure A Container With A Capacity Of 7 M3 For The Ordering Partys Exclusive Use. The Service Will Be Performed According To The Ordering Partys Notification To The Contractors Address, E-Mail Specified In § 7, Section 2, From Uninhabited Real Estate, I.E. Municipal Stadium Ul. Kopalniana 4 In Polkowice.3. The Ordering Party Entrusts The Performance Of The Task In Accordance With Art, Applicable Regulations And On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Agreement. 4. The Contractor Declares That He Has The Knowledge And Technical Capabilities To Complete The Subject Of The Contract.5. Without The Prior Written Consent Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor May Not Entrust All Or Part Of The Works To Subcontractors.6. It Is Estimated That The Container Will Be Delivered And Collected From The Facility 25 Times, And The Collection Of Biodegradable Waste In The Amount Of 54.0000 Mg In 2026 (From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For A Period Of 9 Months).
