Wiejska 2 On Part Plots Marked No. 458, 459, Złoty Stok District. The Building Is Located In The City Center At The Intersection With The National Road (Ul. Kłodzka). The Investment Area Is Slightly Sloping, With A Ground Level Ranging Between 351.7 And 353 Meters Above Sea Level, With A Slight Slope Towards Ul. Kłodzka. The Building Is Used For Administrative And Social Purposes, In The Eastern Part There Is A Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit. The Attic Is Partially Unusable. The Building Has A Partial Basement With A Separate Entrance From The Outside. There Are No Rooms Intended For The Simultaneous Stay Of More Than 50 People. The Current Use Of The Building Will Not Change. Construction Works Under The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On An Active Public Utility Facility. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Continuity Of Operation Of The Facility And Ensure Full Safety Of Users And Staff. The Contractor Must Develop A Detailed Schedule, Which Will Be Approved By The Employer - Users, And Ensure Appropriate Marking Of The Work Zones And Evacuate In A Way That Does Not Pose Any Danger. Thermal Modernization Includes: A. Performance Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, But Require Notification, Consisting Of: 1.
