1. The Task Involves The Construction Of A Large-Scale Structure - A Free-Standing, Illuminated Graduation Tower Integrated With Openwork Pergolas, Along With Accompanying Infrastructure And Elements Of Small Architecture Such As Park Benches, Waste Bins, And Regulations. The Graduation Tower Is Described On A Circular Plan And Connected To Two Pergolas Arranged Symmetrically In Relation To The Graduation Towers Axis. The Designed Facility Has A Mixed Reinforced Concrete And Wooden Structure. The Blackthorn Assembly Will Be Made On A Wooden Core. The Roof Is Made Of Wooden Structure, The Drainage Slab And The Foundation Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete. An Overflow Channel Is Designed Above The Sloe Filling. The Brine Flowing From The Trough Flows Into The Tank And Is Again Pumped To The Graduation Tower, The Entire Process Takes Place In A Closed Circuit.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 - Design Documentation. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Requesting A Change In The Price, Which Should Be Treated As A Lump Sum.3. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To This Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature, And Any Elements Of Work Resulting From The Project Not Included In It Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration. The Basis For Preparing The Valuation Should Be The Scope Of Works Included In The Construction Design, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Specification Of Contract Terms And The Provisions Of Contractual Provisions, Which Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Specification. The Contractor May Request The Ordering Party To Clarify The Content Of The Swz.4. The Order Also Includes: 1) Performance Of All Works And Activities Related To The Proper Execution Of The Order, 2) Full Surveying Services For The Construction Site: Marking Out, Possible Indication Of Boundaries, As-Built Inventory (2 Copies), 3) All Repairs Of Above- And Underground Equipment Damaged During The Execution Of The Works, 4) Compliance With All Recommendations Resulting From All Industry Agreements, 5) Carrying Out All Works And Activities Related To The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order And Putting It Into Operation, Etc. 6) Ensuring Safety On And Around The Construction Site And Construction Insurance; The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At His Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of The Temporary Change Of Traffic Organization Project, Constituting An Annex To The Specification.7) Other Activities Resulting From Industry Regulations Or The Specificity Of The Order,8) Removal Of Materials Unsuitable For Incorporation To A Waste Landfill. The Costs Related To Waste Management, I.E. Transport, Recovery, Disposal, Depositing In A Waste Landfill, Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove And Dis
