The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Government Administration Resulting From The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life, Constituting An Annex To Resolution No. 189 Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 27, 2021 Amending The Resolution On The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life (M.P. Of 2022, Item 64, M.P. 2025.113 Of 2025/02/05 Resolution No. 5 Of The Council Of Ministers Of January 17, 2025 Amending The Resolution On The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life, Hereinafter Referred To As The Program, In The Scope Of Ensuring The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Center In The District, Specified In Article 90V(4) Of The Act Of September 7, 1991 On The Education System Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 30, 2023 On Detailed Tasks Of Leading Coordination And Rehabilitation Centers (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1801) Resulting From Task 2.4 Of The Program: Multi-Faceted And Comprehensive Assistance To A Disabled Child From The Age Of 0 To Starting School And His Family. As Part Of The Order, Classes Will Be Conducted By Specialists: A) Speech Therapists (700 Hours); B) Psychologists (200 Hours), C) Educators (500 Hours), D) Physiotherapists (3,094 Hours). The Total Number Of Hours Planned For All Specialists In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For A Period Of 290 Days Is 4,494 Hours. An Hour Of Classes Lasts 60 Minutes. The Number Of Hours To Be Worked Will Depend On The Number Of Registered Children And The Type Of Diagnosed Disability, Provided That The Above-Mentioned Number Of Hours For Specific Specialists Are The Maximum.
