Carrying Out A Maximum Of 70 Divisions Of Real Estate For Various Purposes (Min. 50 Divisions). The Scope Of The Division Includes The Preparation Of A Preliminary Design Of The Division (If Necessary), A Protocol On The Acceptance Of Property Boundaries, A Synchronization List (If The Designation Of Land Plots In The Land Register Is Different Than In The Land And Mortgage Register), Maps With The Division Design Along With A List Of Land Changes. The Documents Prepared Should Contain Clauses Required By Law. As Part Of One Division, A Maximum Of Three New Geodetic Plots Should Be Created. The Divisions Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Partial Orders Granted During The Term Of The Contract. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Swz With Annexes.
