1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintaining The Constant Technical Efficiency Of Signaling Devices Specified In The List Of Traffic Lights In Świnoujście Which Is Annex No. 9 To The Contract And In The List Of Active Pedestrian Crossings (App) In Świnoujście Which Is Annex No. 10 To The Contract, The Server Room And The Video Wall In The Bco Building, Their Operation And Maintenance To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 6.2 To The Contract. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Work Related To Removing Failures Of Traffic Lights, Its And App Devices Resulting From External Causes Caused By, Among Others, Road Collisions, Acts Of Vandalism, Etc. Or Related To The Need To Rebuild/Construct Traffic Lights, Its And App Devices Resulting From Their Adaptation To Introduced Changes In The Communication System, Etc. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Accompanying Works And Other Works, Supplies And Services Than Those Listed Or Resulting From Annexes No. 11 And 6.2, If The Implementation Conditions Indicated At The Stage Of Preparation Of The Offer Allowed Them To Be Foreseen, And They Are Necessary For The Performance And Handing Over Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract In Force Regulations, Construction Practice And Directly Affect Maintaining Constant Technical Efficiency And The Proper And Safe Functioning Of Street Signals, Its And App Devices In The City Of Świnoujście.
