1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Bread And Confectionery Products, Including: Various Types Of Bread, Rolls - Various Types, Breadcrumbs, Bakers Yeast For The Needs Of The District School Boarder In Człuchów. Bread And Confectionery Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, I.E., Among Others: - Quality Standards Or Certificates, - Marking, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiration Date, - Appropriate Method Of Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, - The Delivered Assortment Must Be Free Of Physical And Biochemical Damage That Reduces Its Useful Value, - Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.2. Products Must Be Delivered Packed In Collective Boxes That Are Clean And Disinfected Daily.3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Quantities, Is 50% Of The Gross Contract Value.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Specialized Transport Adapted To Transport Food, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. Place Of Delivery: To The Recipients Kitchen, Ul. Koszalińska 2A And Ul. Batorego 24 In Człuchów.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To This Tor.
