The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Organizing And Conducting Social Services In The Field Of Family Support And Supporting People With Disabilities, In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Quality Standard Of Social Services Implemented Under The Social Services Program In The Rawicz Commune For The Years 2026-2028 For Each Part Of The Order Separately, On Days From Monday To Saturday, From 08:00 To 19:00 (For Parts 1, 2 And 3 Orders) And On Days From Monday To Saturday, From 08:00 To 20:00 (For Part 4 Of The Order). One Hour Of Service Is Considered To Be 60 Minutes. The Detailed Scope Of The Service, Including The Service Provision Schedule And Requirements For The Entity Providing The Services, Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E.: Quality Standards Of Social Services Provided Under The Social Services Program In The Rawicz Commune For 2026 - 2028. Part 1 Covering Activities In The Field Of Family Support: Local Activity Club (Hereinafter Kal):1. The Aim Of The Club Is To Increase The Civic Activity Of Residents Of The Rawicz Commune Living In Rural Areas, In Particular: Acquiring New Skills In The Field Of Free Time Management, Strengthening Intergenerational Integration And Integration Of The Local Environment, Including People At High Social Risk. Increasing The Self-Organization Skills Of The Local Community, Promoting The Idea Of ​​Self-Help And Neighborly Help, Developing Campaign And Long-Term Volunteering Among The Inhabitants Of Rural Areas. Scope Of Activities As Part Of The Provision Of The Service: Running Two (2) Local Activity Clubs In Rural Areas At Least Twice A Month, From Monday To Saturday, From 08:00 To 19:00, During Which Thematic Workshops And Social Initiatives Will Be Conducted. The Service Will Be Provided On-Site. The Scope And Form Of Activities Should Take Into Account The Needs And Interests Of Participants.2.
