The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Bus Shelters Constituting The Task Titled: Construction Of Green Stops In Jasło As An Element Of Adaptation To Climate Change As Part Of The Project Entitled Zielone Jasło. European Funds For Eastern Poland Program 2021-2027.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract).3. Waste That Cannot Be Neutralized At The Place Of Its Creation Should Be Transferred To The Nearest Place Where It Can Be Recovered Or Disposed Of In A Place Adapted For This Purpose (Taking Into Account The Best Available Technique Or Technology Referred To In The Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law).4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Place Of Implementation Of The Project By Placing An Information Board For The Duration Of The Project (5 Years) - In Accordance With Annex No. 5.5. Equivalence: A) In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Contract Using Trademarks, Standards, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Article 101, Sections 4-5 Of The Act Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Terms Of The Adopted Technical Solutions, Materials, Products And Standards Used, Provided That Those Proposed In The Offer Are Substantially Equivalent To Those Specified In The Design Documentation. B) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Other Reserved Or Exclusive Rights, Or The Origin Of The Subject Of The Order Or Its Part Is Specified - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party, Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, Has Provided Such A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent In Terms Of Functionality And With Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If An Offer Is Submitted Containing The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party, The Obligation To Prove Their Equivalence With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Together With The Offer (Not Subject To Supplementation), Together With Other Necessary Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements, E.G.
