Food Products Should Meet Appropriate Quality Requirements, Including Sanitary Conditions Of Production, Survival, Storage, Transport And Direct Sale. The Delivered Food Products Should Have High Taste And Have An Appropriate Shelf Life In Accordance With Applicable Standards. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Food Warehouse At The Ordering Partys Headquarters With Its Own Means Of Transport At Its Own Expense And Risk, While Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary Conditions Required For The Transport Of Food In Accordance With The Food And Nutrition Safety Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 35, As Amended) And Other Currently Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order. Deliveries Will Be Made In Quantities Reported According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail Within Two Business Days Of Notification At From 7 A.M. To 3 P.M. Monday To Friday. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Entire Order In The Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1, Part 4 To The Swz.
