1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Maintenance, Removal Of Trees, Fallen Trees And Milling Of Stumps After Felled Trees In The Nadarzyn Commune. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Following Works: 1) Removal Of Trees, Including: A) Securing The Area Within The Area Of ​​The Works Being Performed, B) Removal Of Trees Indicated By The Ordering Party, Including Cleaning Up The Area And Removing The Trees, C) While Carrying Out Works Related To Felling, It Is Necessary To Exclude Threats To The Safety Of People, Cars, Equipment And Damage To Neighboring Trees By Freely Throwing Down Branches, Limbs And Felling Trees. In Such Cases, The Technique Of Sectional Cutting And Controlled Lowering Of Branches With Ropes Should Be Used. 2) Tree Care, Including: A) Sanitary Care Cuts: - Removal Of Diseased, Dead And Damaged Shoots, Branches And Boughs From Tree Crowns In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 87A Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection, - In The Case Of Trees With The So-Called Spring Weeping, E.G.
