The Order Concerns The Supply Of Fruit, Vegetables And Eggs. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Food Products Intended For The Needs Of Current Nutrition In The Range And Quantities Included In The List Constituting Annex No. 1. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Periodic Deliveries Made To The Ordering Entity Should Each Time Be Adjusted In Weight To The Order Placed.2. The Ordering Entity Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order, While Maintaining The Minimum Value Of The Subject Of The Order (Specified In The Concluded Contract) At The Level Of 10%, Guaranteeing The Contractor Remuneration Related To This Scope Of The Contract. The Specified Quantity Of Food Items In The Price Form Is An Estimate And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Execution Of The Contract. The Above Cannot Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Submit Claims For The Purchase Of The Remaining Quantity Of Products Or For Payment Of The Equivalent Of Unordered Products Or Compensation For Not Ordering Them.3. Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet The Current Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, Among Others: 1) Have Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Certificates, 2) Have Appropriate Marking, I.E. Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiration Date, 3) Have Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. And The Contractor Must Have Current Required Decisions Related To It. If Any Of The Previous Decisions Expires Or Is Withdrawn During The Term Of This Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A New Decision In This Respect, No Later Than On The Last Day Of Validity Of The Current One. The Lack Of Any Required Document Confirming Possession Of An Appropriate, Valid Decision Or Failure To Complete The Documents Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Entity Will Constitute The Basis For The Ordering Entity To Withdraw From The Contract With Immediate Effect And To Charge The Contractor The Contractual Penalty Referred To In § 10 Section 1 Point 1.1 Of The Ppu Or, Depending On The Decision Of The Ordering Entity, To Suspend The Implementation Of The Contract Until The Deficiencies Are Remedied Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Entity.4. At Each Request Of The Ordering Entity, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Appropriate Certificate
