1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Technical And Natural Reclamation Of The Land After The Removal Of The Waste Pile Located At Ul. Łódzka 35 In Brzeziny (Registered Plot No. 1224/1). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To Swz.2. Additional Information:1) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex No. 9 To This Swz.2) The Detailed Rules Of Settlement And Implementation Of This Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To This Swz.3) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Care, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Arrangements Made During The Performance Of The Service.4) The Contractor Will Use Its Own Machines And Equipment To Perform The Subject Of The Order. (“Own” Within The Meaning Of Those Provided By The Contractor). 5) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance Of The Services Performed Related To Land Recultivation With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For This Subject Of The Order In The Opz, As Well As In Accordance With Applicable Law. 6) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 7) The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Mark And Secure The Place Of Performance Of Services - In Accordance With The Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Clean Up The Place Of Performance Of Services After Their Completion.8) The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Repairing Any Damage Caused During The Execution Of The Task.9) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Allow Representatives Of The Ordering Party And Authorized Bodies To Enter The Area Of Execution Of The Task.10) The Contractor Will Ensure Appropriate Conditions Of Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection At The Place Of Execution Of The Task And Its Surroundings.11) If Necessary, The Contractor Will Provide Work In The Afternoon, On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays.12) The Contractor Appropriately Qualified Persons Are Provided To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard. 13) The Contractor Will Provide Himself With Any Supplies Of Water And Electricity In The Amount Necessary To Perform The Order, And Will Bear The Costs Of Their Consumption. 14) The Contractor Will Include In His Offer All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 15) The Contractor Is Obliged To Subject The Waste To Final Recovery Processes Or Final Disposal Processes At The Installation Or Installations For Conducting Final Waste Management Processes, Which Have A Permit For The Management And Disposal Of Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order, In Particular With Code 17 05 03* - Soil And Earth (Including Stones), Containing Hazardous Substances. 16) The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offe
