Tenders Are Invited For Successive Deliveries Of Provisions To The Ship S/Y Oceania

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Provisions To The Ship S/Y Oceania, Belonging To The Institute Of Oceanology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences, Ul. Powstańców Warszawy 55, 81-712 Sopot, According To The Quantity And Type Specified In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz), And In Accordance With The Rules Set Out Below.2. The Quantities Of Individual Food Items Included In The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Quantities Are Estimated Quantities. The Actual Quantity Of Products Will Result From The Sum Of Orders Placed By The Io Pan Shipowners Team.3. Food Deliveries Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Haccp Principles, In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Using Appropriate Means Of Transport For Products Requiring Low Temperatures.4. Ordered And Delivered Food Products Must Have The Longest Shelf Life And First-Class Quality, And Deep Freezing Is Required For Meat Deliveries, Unless Otherwise Specified In The Order.5. The Delivered Goods Must Be Packed In Accordance With Food Packaging Standards, Delivered By Authorized Persons Using Transport Appropriate To The Type Of Goods Transported, And The Transporters Must Have Valid Health Certificates, And The Cars Must Have The Appropriate Sanepid Approval.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Assortments Specified In The Pricing Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz For Others With Similar Properties And Price, If For Reasons Unforeseeable At The Time Of Announcing The Procedure, It Would Be Impossible To Deliver Any Of The Assortment Products (E.G. Discontinuation Of The Product By The Manufacturer, Seasonality Of The Product, Which Would Result In The Impossibility Of Fulfilling The Order In This Respect).7. The Order Should Be Performed Successively, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Using The Contractors Own Transport. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor By Phone Or E-Mail About The Current Demand.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order, But Not By More Than 40% Of The Gross Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In § 6 Section 1 Of The Contract.9. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Specified Assortment It Has Indicated The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Quality Of The Products. Contractors May Offer Other Products Of Equal Or Better Quality.10. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Price Form Includes Proper Names Indicating The Product Of A Specific Manufacturer, This Indication Is Only Exemplary. Contractors May Offer Products From Other Manufacturers In Their Offers.11. In The Case Of Packaged Products, The Sizes Of The Products Offered By The Contractor (Product Quantities Per Unit Of Measu
