1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Technological Car Along With Its Specialized Construction For The Needs Of The Dsng Station For The Wrocław Field Branch Of Telewizja Polska S.A. In Liquidation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Execution Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Period Of: 1) At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party Of The Acceptance Protocol For Stage Ii Without Reservations, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template - Applies To The Warranty For Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components Of The Vehicle (Without Mileage Limit) 2) At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party Of The Acceptance Protocol Of Stage Ii Without Reservations, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template - Applies To The Warranty For The Paint Coating;3) At Least 120 Months From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party Of The Stage Ii Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template - Concerns The Warranty For Perforations Of Body Elements;4) At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party Of The Stage Ii Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Contract Template - Applies To The Warranty For The Entire Structure, Equipment And Installations Delivered Or Made By The Contractor, Including The Devices. If The Contractor Offers Warranty Periods Longer Than The Minimum Warranty Periods Required In The Swz, He Should Change Points 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 Of The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Dividing This Order Is Pointless And Would Cause Significant Difficulties In The Execution Of The Order. Division Of The Order Would Also Make It Difficult To Determine The Entities Responsible For Possible Defects And Repairs, And The Contractors Responsible For Individual Parts Of The Order Will Not Provide A Guarantee In Relation To The Entire Subject Of The Order.
