The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Consisting In Late Thinning Of The Forest Owned By The Commune Of Komorniki, Located On Plots With Registration Numbers 794, 810 And 784/2, Current Area. Wiry, Komorniki Commune.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex 1 To The Contract.3. The State Treasury Forest Management Plan In Perpetual Usufruct Of The Komorniki Commune Of January 1, 2024, On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Should Carry Out Thinning, Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Contract.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Materials, Devices And Machines Necessary To Perform The Service, Guaranteeing Safety And Environmental Protection. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Entrusting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Actions As For His Own.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. The Type Of Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Which Apply To The Requirements Of Employing, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: Chainsaws, Skidding Workers, As Well As Work Management. The Contractor Should Bear In Mind That The Obligation To Employ A Works Manager Under An Employment Contract Will Only Arise In The Event Of Performing Activities Consisting In Performing Work In A Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
