The Subject Of The Order Is: Providing The Service Of Collection, Removal And Disposal Of Waste With Codes In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog, I.E.: Screenings With Code 19 08 01 In The Estimated Quantity: 24 Mg (Tons) Coming From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Rzuchowa And The Content Of Sand Traps With Code 19 08 02 In Estimated Quantity: 14 Mg (Tons).1. Number Of Screenings To Be Transported During The Term Of The Contract: Approximately 24 Mg±30% And Number Of Sand Traps To Be Exported During The Term Of The Contract: Approximately 14 Mg±30%. The Given Number Of Screenings And Sand Traps Is An Estimate, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Screenings And Sand Traps, But Not By More Than 30%, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Compensation Claims In This Respect. 2. The Order Must Be Fulfilled In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Law, I.E. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is In Particular Obliged To: Provide Its Own Transport For Collecting Screenings And Sand Traps From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Rzuchowa, In Accordance With The Principles Provided For In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Waste Act And Its Implementing Regulations. Act. It Has A Valid Permit (Decision) To Conduct Business In The Field Of Disposal/Recovery Of Screenings And Sand Traps. 5. Removal Of Screenings And Sand Traps Will Take Place Upon Telephone Notification. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Documents To The Ordering Party. 6. Transport Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Road Traffic Law In A Way That Prevents Contamination Or Waste From Falling Out Of The Means Of Transport. In The Event Of Waste Falling Out, The Contractor Should Immediately Secure The Area In Accordance With Health And Safety Regulations And Road Traffic Regulations, And Immediately Tidy Up The Area And Restore It To Its Original Condition. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Damage Caused As A Result Of Such An Event. 7.
