The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Server And Network Equipment With Software For The Independent Public Health Care Center In Konstantynów Łódzki, As Part Of The Grant Project Support For Primary Health Care (Poz).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).3. The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu).4. Warrantythe Requirements Regarding The Length Of The Warranty Period Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz And Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Ppu.5. Equivalent Solutions5.1. The Ordering Party Will Consider A Solution With The Same Purpose, Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Corresponding To The Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Or Better, Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin, As Equivalent To The Specified Solution.5.2. An Equivalent Solution Must Enable The Achievement Of The Goal Assumed By The Ordering Party Through Performance And Functional Parameters Affecting The Effectiveness Of Operation, Which Are The Same Or Better Than The Minimum Requirements Indicated.5.3. The Use Of Solution Names In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Used To Establish The Minimum Standard Of Performance And To Define The Properties And Technical Requirements Assumed In The Technical Documentation For The Designed Solutions, Or Is Used To Indicate The Currently Used Environment Of The Ordering Party With Which An Equivalent Solution Should Be Compatible.5.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Equivalent Solutions Will Meet The Assumed Minimum Requirements. A Contractor Who Submits An Offer For Equivalent Products Must Attach To The Offer Documents Containing A Detailed Description Of The Offered Products, Which Will Demonstrate Compliance With The Equivalence Conditions. A Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Certificates Must Attach Them To The Offer. By Equivalent Certificate, The Ordering Party Understands A Certificate Analogous In Scope To The Certificates Indicated By Name, Which Confirms Compliance With A Standard Characterized By Features Specific To The Standard Mentioned By The Ordering Party, Issued By An Independent Entity Authorized To Issue Certificates.5.5. The Lack Of The Term Minimum Means The Requirement Is At A Minimum Level, And The Contractor May Offer A Solution With Better Parameters.5.6. In Order To Maintain The Principles Of Technological Neutrality And Competitiveness, Solutions Equivalent To The Specified Ones Are Allowed, And An Equivalent Solution Is Considered To Be A Solution Which, In Terms Of Technology, Efficiency And Functionality, Does Not Differ From Or Is Better Than The Technology, Functionality And Performance Specified In The Specified Solution.5.7.
