The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Electricity To: I. 9 Energy Consumption Points - Power Supply For Buildings, Office And Commercial Premises And Utility Facilities For Which The Payer Of Electricity Invoices Is The Municipality Of Przasnysz.Ii. 12 Energy Consumption Points - Power Supply To Buildings, Premises And Utility Facilities For Which The Payers Of Electricity Invoices Are The Following Organizational Units Of The Przasnysz City Commune: 1) Primary School No. 1 With Integration Departments Named After Knights Of The Order Of The Smile, Ul. The List Of Consumption Points And The Settlement Conditions Are Detailed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Templates, Constituting Annexes No. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 And 4.4 To The Specification. In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Consumption Points Or A Significant Change In The Power Of Consumption Points During The Term Of The Contract, It Will Be Amended Annex No. 1 To The Contract Without The Need To Renegotiate The Terms Of The Contract. The Amendment Of Annex No. 1 To The Contract Does Not Constitute A Change To The Terms Of The Contract. Electricity Should Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards.
