The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. Justification: The Subject Of The Order Is One Integral And Inseparable Measurement System For Analyzing The Parameters Of High-Energy Therapeutic X-Ray Beams. The Order Will Be Performed In Its Entirety By One Bidder Guarantees Compatibility And Cooperation Of All Components Of The Offered Measurement System. An Attempt To Divide The Contract Into Lots Would Be Artificial And Excluding Small Elements Would Not Be Economically Justified, Apart From Increasing The Likelihood Of Non-Compliance.4.
