Tenders Are Invited For Care And Maintenance Of Urban Greenery In Areas Owned By The Commune Of Pionki

3.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Care And Maintenance Of Urban Greenery In Areas Owned By The Municipality Of The City Of Pionki.3.1.2 As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With Annex No. 5 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.1.3 The Contractor Implementing The Order Will Be Obliged To: 1) Properly Perform The Works Covered By This Order On Time, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Horticultural Art, Occupational Health And Safety Requirements And To Keep The Work Site Clean And Order, 2) Perform Work In A Way That Does Not Cause Damage, Including Threats To The Safety Of People And Property, And Ensures The Protection Of The Legitimate Interests Of Third Parties, Under Pain Of Civil Liability For Any Damage Incurred, 3) Remove Waste And Work Residues, On Their Own And At Their Own Expense, To Entities Authorized To Collect Them. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All The Obligations Of The Producer And Holder Of Waste Within The Meaning Of The Waste Act And Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Order, In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).4) To Remove, At Its Own Expense, Any Damage Incurred During The Performance Of The Works (Regarding, Among Others, Plant Material, Damage To Existing Surfaces, Installations, Small Architectural Objects),3.1.4 The Service Must Be Performed In Accordance With Legal Regulations, Applicable Polish And European Standards And The Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge.3.1.5 The Contractor Is Responsible For Traffic Safety Within The Section Where The Works Will Be Performed, From The Commencement Of The Works Until Their Completion On A Given Section.3.1.6 All Tools, Materials And Resources Necessary To Perform The Service Are Provided By The Contractor At Its Own Expense.3.1.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials With Appropriate Certificates And Industry Standards And, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, To Present Safety Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Applicable Standards For The Indicated Materials.3.1.8 The Contractor Declares That All Materials And Products Necessary To Perform The Service Will Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Provisions On Environmental Protection.3.1.9 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Work With Due Care, With Particular Emphasis On Caring For The Plants Within Its Access.3.1.10 The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage Caused In The Course Of The Implementation Of This Contract To The Ordering Party As Well As To Third Parties, Including The Ordering Partys Staff.
