Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Cover For The Speedway Track

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Covering System For The Speedway Track At The Municipal Stadium In Ostrów Wielkopolski At Ul. Piłsudskiego 64.2. The Track Covering System Is Intended To Protect The Track Against Unfavorable Weather Conditions, Mainly Rainfall.3. The System Should Consist Of A Set Of Tarpaulins, Adapted In Size To The Dimensions Of The Track.4. The Dimensions Of The Speedway Track Are As Follows: 1) The Length Of The Speedway Track At The Stadium Is 372 M, 2) The Width Of The Speedway Track On The Straights Is 14 M, 3) The Width Of The Speedway Track On The Curves - 16 M. Note: The Dimensions Of The Track Are Approximate, The Dimensions Must Be Adapted To The Dimensions And Geometry Of The Track. Therefore, Before Constructing And Delivering The System, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Required Measurements Of The Track And The Fences Surrounding The Track In Order To Appropriately Adapt The Track Covering System And Select The Appropriate Size Of Tarpaulins And Their Mounting. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Equipment Elements With The Ordering Party.5. The Track Covering Should Be Brand New, Manufactured No Later Than 2024, Free From Defects And Showing No Signs Of Use.6. Tarpaulins (Mats) Must Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Woven Material, Fabric Coated With Pvc - Polyvinyl Chloride, Waterproof, Impermeable To Water And Air, 2) Grammage - Min. 200 G/Sq M,3) Type Of Raw Material: 100% Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride;4) Color - Blue Or Navy Blue,5) The Speedway Track Covering System Should Be Divided Into Numbered Elements With A Length Equal To The Width Of The Track And The Height Of The Outer Band With An Additional Allowance For Fastening On The Outside Of The Band;6) Connections Of Individual Elements Using Sewn-In Reinforced Double Velcro Connections, There Should Be A Sewn-In Roller Between The Connections Made Of Plastic To Prevent Water From Overflowing Between The Elements.7. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of An Appropriate Number Of Bags For Storing / Transporting Elements And Wind Weights.8. All Elements Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Of Full Value And Without Signs Of Use. The Delivered Elements Must Meet Quality And Aesthetic Standards.9. Upon Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Operating Instructions In Polish And Guarantees.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, At His Own Expense And Risk, The Subject Of The Order To The Place Of Delivery (63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski, Ul. Piłsudskiego - Municipal Stadium), Unload It, Bring It In, Check Its Completeness And, Where Required, Assemble It After Consultation With The Ordering Party.11. The Scope Of The Order Includes Training Of 4 Employees Of The Ordering Party To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Track Covering System. The Training Will Be Carried Out On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than 10 Days After Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.12. T
