The Authority (Tendring District Council) Is Seeking To Refurbish A Group Of 1930S-1950S Seafront Buildings-Comprising A Former Beach Patrol And Public Conveniences Block, A Covered Shelter, And A Small Hut-Located Within A Designated Conservation Area. The Structures Are Currently In Varying States Of Disrepair But Remain Broadly Structurally Sound.The Project Aims To Transform These Buildings Into A New Seafront Micro Venue Offering High-Quality Cultural And Community Space.
