The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Periodically Recurring Services For The Reception, Transportation And Treatment/Disposal Of Hazardous Hospital Waste Generated By The Activities Of Sbalag - Maichin Dom Ead, In Four Separate Positions, Determined Depending On The Codes Of The Hazardous Hospital Waste And The Requirements For Their Treatment/Disposal. The Activities Included In The Scope Of The Relevant Separate Item Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Special Requirements And Provisions Of The Waste Management Act (Wma); The Environmental Protection Act (Epa); Ordinance No. 2 Of 23.07.2014 On The Classification Of Waste; Ordinance No. 1 Of 09.02.2015 On The Requirements For Waste Collection And Treatment Activities On The Territory Of Medical And Health Facilities; Ordinance No. 1 Of 04.06.2014 On The Procedure And Templates For Providing Information On Waste Activities, As Well As The Procedure For Keeping Public Records; Ordinance No. H-4 Of 06.2.2023 On The Conditions And Requirements To Be Met By Waste Storage Or Treatment Sites, For The Deployment Of Waste Treatment Facilities And For The Transportation Of Industrial And Hazardous Waste; Ordinance No. 40 Of 14.01.2004 On The Terms And Conditions For Road Transport Of Dangerous Goods; Ordinance On End-Of-Life Electrical And Electronic Equipment (Adopted By Pms No. 256 Of 13.11.2013, Promulgated, Sg No. 100 Of 19.11.2013), As Well As All Other Legal Acts Regulating The Acceptance, Transportation And Treatment/Disposal Of Hazardous Hospital Waste And Other Activities Under The Subject Of This Order. The Activities On The Subject Of The Order For The Relevant Specific Position Include Acceptance Of Hazardous Hospital Waste, Transportation With Specialized Vehicles, Measurement/Weighing Of Delivered Quantities, Treatment/Disposal Of Hazardous Hospital Waste, Disinfection, Labeling And Loading And Unloading Operations, Providing For Free Use Of Revolving Vessels For Collection And Transportation Of Hazardous Waste, As Well As All Other Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Specified In The Documentation Or In The Applicable Regulations Arrangement.
