The Subject Of This Order Is Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Support Of A Mobile Ballast Water Management System For The Needs Of The State Enterprise Port Infrastructure In The Bulgarian Seaports For Public Transport And Training Of Personnel To Work With The Mobile System. The Provision Of Art. Does Not Apply To The Order. 47 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance H-21 Of 19.12.2023. On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles With The Following Motive: The Object Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Mobile System Including A Vehicle Designed And Manufactured For Use Primarily In Ports.
