Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction On All Types Of Smr, Which Are Performed By The Builder Of The Relevant Site, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction, Regulated In Art. 166, Art. 168, Art. 176A Zut. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3/2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 05.02.2015. On The Terms And Conditions For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Of The Ministry Of Land And Infrastructure Development, Sg No. 14/20.02.2015. And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria. The Construction Supervision Service Aims At High-Quality Implementation Of Construction Supervision, Which Will Be Monitored By A Qualified Consultant. The Consultant Will Carry Out Construction Supervision According To The Territorial Planning Act, For Which He Must Possess A Certificate/License For Exercising Construction Supervision, Issued By The Directorate For National Construction Control/Minister Of The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works (Mrrd) In Accordance With Art. 166, Para. 2 Of The Zut For Carrying Out The Activity. The Consultant Is Responsible For Implementing All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Regarding The Construction Supervision Of The Performed Types Of Smr. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
