Supplier Of Last Resort (Spi) Is A Person Who Is Licensed Under The Energy Act And Supplies Electricity In Cases Where The Main Supplier Under A Sales Contract Or A Combined Services Contract Is Unable To Continue To Supply Due To Bankruptcy, Liquidation, License Revocation, Removal From The Market, Termination Of The Supply Contract Or Any Other Event Resulting In A Temporary Or Permanent Suspension Of The Supply Of Electricity, As And To Final Customers Who Cannot Be Customers Of The Final Supplier Until Another Supplier Is Chosen (Art. 104, Para. 1 Of Ptee). The Purpose Of The Order Is To Conclude A Contract With The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Within The Meaning Of Art. 104, Para. 1 Of Ptee, Which Temporarily Supplies Electricity To State-Owned Facilities, Managed And Managed By The Nso, Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network Of The Relevant Operator - Licensee Of The Relevant Separate Territory In Cases Where: - The Main Free Market Supplier Chosen By The Nso Is Unable To Continue Supplying Electricity Due To Reasons Beyond The Control Of The End Customer, Incl.
