According To Art. 52, Para. 5 Of The Civil Code And Art. 32 Of Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Has A Requirement To Provide Samples Of The Products, The Subject Of The Order. The Technical Specification For This Public Procurement Specifies The Purposes For Which The Samples Are Provided, Which Indicators Will Be Examined To Determine Their Compliance With The Employers Requirements, As Well As Whether Their Integrity Or Commercial Appearance Will Be Impaired As A Result Of The Examination. The Participants Must Offer Prices For Each Of The Nomenclature Items, As Well As A Total Price, In The Manner Indicated In Form 2.
